First day of snow and I already hate it.
Last week I rode 6 out of 7 days with Monday-Thursday containing Tabata intervals. These intervals are like this - after a warm up, ride 20 seconds as hard as you can then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat as many times as possible. The most I did was 8. I wanted to try these just to see what they are like. Intervals in December? Sure, why not? It's just a little something to mix it up.
My overall power graph for the week was a nice incline, with the day's 15 minute and overall watt average being higher than the day previous. For me, 15 minute power is what it's about.
