Update

Not that it means anything to anyone but myself but in reviewing the rules based on one of the time trials that I've done, I should have actually been awarded first place due to an age related snafu. Regulations from the promoter state that the age group category is based on your age as of 12-31-09, putting the guy in front of me in the 40-49 group.

So that's three wins, one second place in time trials and a whole bunch of crap in road races.

The old age up rule. You should do duathlons/triathlons - they always get the ages right :)

Great job on the TTs so far. Am I correct in assuming you'll be out at Calvin's on Saturday? You'll kick my butt and can make it 4 wins.

No Calvin's.
a)I have a road race Sunday
b)My back fears riding my tt bike 100 miles
c)My front fears riding my road bike 100 miles

And for Goose:
Duathlons would mean I would have to run. Triathlons would mean swimming AND running. I swim like a pet rock.

Well do does Goose, that is why he does canoe Triathlons and yes it does include running. But, the are fun :)

I have the perfect solution. Ride your TT bike for the first 50 loop. Then swap to the road bike. That keeps your back and front happy.

I will be driving the lead car for your road race on Sunday. I'm thinking I'll change the route a little bit. Head a bit further south and do hill repeats on Olive Branch and Wilmington maybe?
