Conversational is what, 21mph average?
well.. today's average was 19.5 and I felt like I was gonna die a couple times. Musta been the heat.
not so much the mph, but let's try to keep the heart rate sufficiently low. (another vague statement)
Good point. Last night's average was 174 with a peak of 195. Ouch!
